This product includes a control box and remote control. It is a standard control system for the lifting and lowering of a single motorboat/dinghy/yacht. The control box is equipped with two 30-amp relays to control one motor forward and reverse or two separate motors operation, realize the lifting of frame platform function.

B. Boat Lift Box Function Introduction
MT (Jog mode) and Automaton(continuous mode), two kinds of motor motion modes.
The wireless remote control is paired to realize the remote control of the motor(s)up/down.
Use the control panel buttons to control up/down and stop control motor/motors.
A single motor and dual motor control, the maximum power of a single motor are 6600w(220v*30A）.
Up/down limit travel switch detection.
This device can be connected to 110V/208V/220V alternating current. (AC110V/208V/220V)
Support independent adjustment of motor/motor positions for the switch.
C. Boat Lift Box Instructions for Usage
Two motion modes for motor
MT (Jog mode): Press the up/down button on the remote control, or press the up/down button on the control panel, the motor starts, forward/reverse run, and the motor stop when the up/down button is released.
Automaton (continuous mode): requires the use of limit switches. When you press the up/down button on the remote control or press the up/down button on the control panel, the motor starts and runs forward/reversely until it touches the limit switch and stops.
Switching method between two motor modes
MT (jogging mode): Turn the SWI switch of the circuit board to OFF.
Automaton (continuous mode): Turn the SWI switch of the circuit board to the ON position, and then press the AUTO-RUN button on the control panel. When the AUTO-RUN indicator is on, it means the switch is successful.
Remote control pairing
If you want to use the remote control for remote control, you must first pair the remote control with the control box.
Pairing method: Short press the “LEARN” button, the “LEARN/CLEAR” indicator on the keypad flashes one time per second, and enter the pairing mode. Press any button on the wireless remote control at this time, and you will see the “LEARN/CLEAR” indicator Fast flashing 5 times means the pairing is successful.
Restore factory settings
Long press the “LEARN” button for about 3 seconds until you see the LED lights up, and then the LED lights automatically turn off, indicating that the factory settings are restored successfully.
D. Boat Lift Box Inputs and OutputsAssembly Instructions
24VA: Connect the transformer to output 24VA.
24VB: Connect the transformer to output 24VB.
UP: Connect the 30A relay up control terminal.
COM: Two 30A relay common terminals.
DN: Connect the 30A relay downstream control terminal.
GND: Connect the common terminal of the limit switch.
H: Connect the upper limit switch.
L: Connect the lower limit switch.

Controller wiring instructions
MOTOR WIRES: Connect to the motor (LIFT), see section 6 below for details.
POWER SUPPLY: External power input terminal, which can be connected to 110V / 208V / 240V.
Key panel wiring instructions
The button panel is connected to the P1 interface in the circuit board wiring diagram.
Transformer wiring instructions
Black wire: connect to AC neutral wire (N)
Yellow wire: connect to 110VAC live wire (L)
Red wire: connect to 208VAC live wire (L)
Orange wire: connect to 240VAC live wire (L)
Note: Choose one of the yellow wire, red wire, and orange wire according to the power grid voltage of your country.
The output is 24VAC, respectively connected to the 24VA and 24VB terminals of the circuit board.
Motor wiring instructions
The motor interface line is the control box wiring diagram MOTOR WIRES.
L1 red wire: connected to the positive rotation terminal of the AC motor
L2 black wire: connect to the common terminal of AC motor
L3 orange wire: connected to the reverse terminal of AC motor
7, limit switch wiring instructions
The lower limit switch is connected to the L terminal of the circuit board, the upper limit switch is connected to the H terminal of the circuit board, and the common terminal of the limit switch is connected to the GND of the circuit board.
